Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to add custom tabs to Guides, but even after follow the instruction multiple times I can't get it to work.

I've succeed in creating the menu entry in the model-driven app, I can see the tab in the HoloLens but there are no Guides in this tab.

I've created the entity

the View

and the main form (and the preview even if it wasn't specified

I've made the test with 2 items

Thank you,

    RE: Add a Custom Tab

    Hi,

I've already followed the instructions on this page to add custom tab...

I was hoping a less generic answer.

    Thank you anyway,

    RE: Add a Custom Tab

    Hi,

You can check your steps by following the instructions provided in the link below.

Show a list of guides on a custom tab for a specific set of Dynamics 365 Guides users - Dynamics 365 Mixed Reality | Microsoft Docs

And the prerequisites you can check to see if it is met.

    Prerequisites

To create a custom view, you must have the following prerequisites:

    • Dynamics 365 Guides solution version 104.1907.0.33 or later

    • Dynamics 365 Guides PC and HoloLens app versions 104.1907.19001 or later

You must also have the System Administrator role for the Dynamics 365 Guides instance that you're working with. Additionally, it's useful to have a general understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, the database that Dynamics 365 Guides is based on.

    Regards,

    Leah Ju
