How to upload the RPF files to the Retail HQ if the POS channel database is lost?

Hi,

We have lost our channel database due to a power failure, and have lost our HQ DB servers also. For HQ DB we have backup of last week, but for channel database we don't have backup. However on we have the RPF files on the server where we installed the retail components. How we can upload the data through the RPF files in the upload folder? Or what is the other way through which we can get this sales?
