Dear Sir,
The End-users are getting the below mentioned error message during login into the NAV 2013 R2 System. But the others users are working on the same (nav) server without any issue. What is the reason ? This strange error message comes(not always) since last four to five days.

It's noticed that when nav system is over loaded with concurrent user limitation, the issue is appeared.

Users have enough rights to work in nav system.
Is the user having enough privileges, please check.
The service user login credentials.
Did you do in any change in last week because its working fine before.................
Users have enough rights in SQL.
No time-out is defined in the Admin section.
Have you setup idle session kill in admin tool ?
Check the permissions in SQL DB for user as well as account associated with NAV service
from any client machines.
is it occurring for single machine or multiple machines
