Cannot log into AX7 VM servers

I have deployed a DEV instance of Dynamics AX7 Update1 in Azure.  It finished with a status of Failed but after stopping and restarting the environment it came back up successfully.  I am successfully able to open AX7 from this environment but when I try to log into the Build or Developer VM, it tries to connect for a long time but it never works.  The status of both VM's is Deploying.  I'm not sure if this is due to the overall deployment failing.  Anyone have an idea?

Thank you.

    Hi Geefootie,

This can indeed be related to the pending/failed deployment. Can you try to deploy a new DEV instance? If this does not work, try to contact Microsoft support.

    Dear Geefootie,

Are you able to log in to another machine on this Azure subscription?

I had a similar issue, but it was just my firewall blocking RDP :)

    Have a nice day.
