Missing RetailPOS and RetailServer in New VHD for D365 FO (Version 43)

Hi all,
 
We installed the VHD for D365 FO from LCS (Version 43).
Version 43                                                                                            Version  37
 
My question is, Is it mandatory for run the F&O? If yes, then how can we install/get it?
 
If not, then we are not able to start the "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service" services.
It throws the error 1064.
We have also tried the way related to disable Maintenance mode for D365 FO, but still can't able to start the service.
 
Please suggest some other options/approach regarding this.

    Hi Raj,
     
    The retail components are not mandatory to run Dynamics 365 F&O. This is only required when you are in the need to use these retail features on the VM.
    Have you run the steps as outlined in the documentation before using a new VM? Set up the downloadable VHD for first use - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    Thanks for informing that RetailPOS and RetailServer is not required for F&O.
     
    But now, we are not able to start the MS Dynamics Batch Management services. It throws the error below:
    We also tried the solution related to Maintainance mode of FO and try again to start the service, but the issue remains the same.
     
    And from Event Viewer, we found the issue related to Login failure for the 'axdbadmin' user.
     
    Is there is any other way to solve this error or we need scrap this new instance and re-install the downloaded VHD again and follow the same process?
     
    Any suggestion or any details regarding this issue is really helpful.
