I have created view for Service Order onto Site Map and from there we can create new and open existing service order but the major issue which i feel is when we open existing service order from asset entity then it navigates to Reservation/Rental Contracts. Expected Behaviour: It should navigate to Service order view on site map.

Also there are two main forms for same entity then it opens last opened form.

This sounds like it's related to D365 F&O/SCM, not D365 Field Service. If that's the case you may consider posting in the other forum.
