I have a problem with the approval process for the journal names.

I have set up a very simple method to approve sheets by user groups (as on prtscr)

Everything works excellent - i.e. the user submits the sheet for approval, the person authorized to do so approves it, and then the user can accept it - with one exception - if there is a posting for Project type transactions.

The process looks similar - the user sends for approval, the person authorized to do so makes the approval and then when the sheet similarly goes to the person issuing it - that person receives an error message as attached and cannot post the sheet. Has anyone encountered such a case?

on the log information is almost the same like in error: you don't have the access to post

select the journal and check the workflow history from View history form, see what is the status of the work items, if this is completed or not or if it us stopped/failed.

Ad.1. Could you advise where I can check if is it complete?

(on the other types of post-approval work well we have only exceptions on the project type).

Ad. 2. There is not any restriction on the journal.

Hi,

Can you few things?

1: Check if the workflow is completed or not even if that is approved, check the WF history.

2: Check if the journal has any posting restrictions/Journal control added for some users.
