Access SMS interaction data for reporting

Hello everyone,

We are using Azure communication services preview feature of real time marketing to send SMS on event registration.

 

I would like to know, how to access this SMS interaction data to create a report?

 

For example, how many SMS messages delivered for a particular event, and to which contact (contacts will be registered for an event)?

 

Is there any option to access those insights using OOB Marketing?  I found an option for email interactions using Azure BLOB storage. In the same way, is there any option available to access SMS interaction data?

 

Any help is highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Since it is a preview feature and there is little documentation to refer to, it is recommended to post your proposal to Ideas forum in order to drive it to be improved.

    Hi Nya,

    Thanks for your reply. Does this apply to the Twilio option as well? (we are still working on choosing Azure communication services preview/Twilio for SMS)

    Do you have any idea on “Customer Insights connector” under Data Management in settings. Is this the option we use for accessing SMS interaction data going forward?
