how to add a new user and login with this user?

Your question is not specific so please clear more. If you want to add user in Microsoft Dynamics Ax from Active directory then please go to below MSDN link:

i want to add a new user and give him some roles else i want to connect with this user
Please go through above link and create a new user from Active directory(Import users from Active Directory) provided that user should be in your Active directory of server. And from that User screen you can also add roles to user or otherwise visit below MSDN link to add roles to user :

Once you created the user using the documentation linked above on MSDN, you could simply hold <Shift> then Right click the shortcut of the Ax32.exe application, and choose "Run as a different user". That way you may use the AD logon credentials of a different account, instead of your own.
I did as you said but I did not find "Run as a different user"
press Shift + right click on AX icon , it will show "run as differnt user"
It will only be shown on executable files or shortcuts pointing to them, but not on *.AXC files, which are just configurations for AX and is not "runnable".
