Hello,
I am working on a flow and want to read information on the emails that were sent in a customer journey. Which table are these events stored in? I tried the Insights table, but didn't see anything there. Thanks!
Hi,
There is no relationship between Marketing Email and Customer Journey entities.
The only way in which you can see the customer journeys which send a certain marketing email is to search in the following location in the Insights tab of the email.
The insights of Marketing are stored in the marketing-insights service database instead of Dataverse so it cannot be read from Flow.
Ah well that is a bummer. Thanks for the info though!
