Legal Vacations Leave Paln

Hi,

I need to set a Legal Vacations 2020 Plan. Currently I have this:

But it looks that a lot is missing...

I need to do the following:

  • Each employee has 2 days for each month of work;
  • The maximum number of paid leaves is 22 days per year  -> how can I do this?
  • However you can only book holidays after 6 months of work (i.e., if it is January, holidays can only be booked from July) -> how can I do this?
  • Also, if the employee does not use all vacations in 2020, he/she will be able to take the ones left until April 2021 -> how can I do this?

I appreciate your help.

    There is currently no controlled maximum amount to meet all of your above needs.

     Based on existing conditions, I can think of the following configuration. But this still has some drawbacks, for example you need to manually adjust the balance for the employees who join the plan in January and June.

    As QianQW suggests, there currently isn't a way to set the a maximum on the accrual. The expiration rules are for leave that expires after a certain amount of time. For example, carry forward leave needs to be used in the first 3 months of the year. If it's not used, it expires.

    There currently isn't a way to set rules on when leave needs to be used by. Please submit ideas for us to track these requests.

    Can you help me understand how to add the expiration rule? In the rules I can only view Buy and sell leaves.
