Eliminating or Hiding GL Accounts (No more further transaction)

we are using Navision 2009 SP1

My issue is I need to close or hide some accounts in chart of accounts which was nil balances,

how can we do those accounts to be eliminate or hide

Note: When I took the trial balance report it's appear so many accounts which is not using and nil balance too

so this reason our chart of accounts printed many pages

please waiting for prompt solution this regards

Hi

You can apply the filter Balance <> 0, on the options window and you can run the Chart of accounts Report or on the form.

Good, but once I filter that way begin-total also hided

actually I need this should be reflect to only posting accounts

otherwise is their way hide or (enable/disable) option in setup?
