Trail Balance figures are not matching

Hello folks,
I am facing issue with trail balance, while generating it the amounts are not matching, by going in detailed few transactions are hit with zero balance.
Please see the transaction origins.

this is journal with multiple vouchers, for every transaction amounts affected correctly.

except last voucher transactions. see the transactions.

for bank sub ledger it is showing zero balance.

any idea why it is happened & what is the solution.
please guys help me out.

Hello Santhosh.K.K,

How did you create the last screenprint that shows the transaction origin?

Is it for the same voucher number and amount?

(Note: Your screenprints are a bit blurred and very hard to read. Probably you can replace them with some new ones)

Thanks for quick reply ludwig, sorry for the bad quality of screen prints. I have only these screens.

2nd screenprint, which is posted with balance,

3rd screenprint is not having balance in subledger account, they both are single journal with different voucher number.

Hi Santhosh.K.K,

I still cannot identify the first screenprint and voucher number but the voucher numbers that are shown in screen 2 and screen 3 are different. They must come from different transactions.

Can you share those underlying transactions?

I have paid bank charges for couple of months in single journal with different vouchers.

ex: (screen 1)

June 316.25

July 316.25

august 316.25

September 316.25

for June, July, august Vouchers posted to appropriate accounts.(2nd screen)

but September Voucher bank sub ledger affected with zero amount (3rd screen) instead of 316.25. that is why trial balance is not matching.

Have you tried canceling the voucher for September?

Please test in a demo environment first.

Hi Ludwig,

I've tried to simulate the transaction multiple times but it is not happening same.

it is posting correctly for all the 4 Vouchers.

Hi Santhosh.K.K,

If you can't get it fixed yourself in the AX client then I would suggest that you ask a developer for some help. Such an issue is not easy to correct and I guess that you will need the help of a developer.
