"Base operation of operation number XX for item XXXXX does not exist.

While I was creating production order base on BOM, encountered Error as below Image

I checked Production Parameter Setup, Item Master, BOM, Route, Operation, Resource etc but I cannot find solutions

I don't know what is "Base Operation" 

I am anticipating your comments.

    I think you need to add this operation on BOM level.

    BOM Line >> Item CS_SUB >> General tab >> Operation >> Operation no select the operation

    If it is sub BOM do the same for RM of that BOM

    I can't relate bom line item with operation as below image

    What am I mistake setup?

    I did another test which create production planned order from Master Planning

    In this case, we can create Production Order

    I don't know Why does happening like this ?

    You need to create route for the same item. Then the list of operation with come to you.

    Released Item >> Engineer >> Route
