ZUGFeRD format missing in Electronic Document Formats after installing E‑Document for Germany

Environment: Business Central v28.3 (Platform 28.0.53345.0 + Application 28.3.52162.53387)
Extension: E‑Document for Germany (Microsoft, version 28.3.52162.53387)
Status: Extension shows Is Installed = On.
Steps taken:
- Created ZUGFERD-DE E‑Document Service with Document Format = ZUGFeRD.
- Linked source document types (Sales Invoice, Sales Credit Memo, etc.).
- Configured Outlook integration and service parameters.
Issue: In Electronic Document Formats, only PEPPOL BIS3 entries appear. ZUGFeRD formats (Sales Invoice, Credit Memo, Validation) are missing.
Error seen when previewing: “There is no E‑Document Mapping within the filter. Filters: EDocument Format: ZUGFERD-DE, Used: Yes.”

The ZUGFeRD capability became generally available on August 1, 2025, so BC 28.3 absolutely falls within the supported versions
