How to find the form name for customising form

Hi All

I use a Chrome extension to find the logical names of the fields on a form. Similarly is there a tool or any quick way to find out the form name. From a solution I can see many types such as main, information, quick create etc. No idea why a form is called "information" . How do you guys know exactly which form is the active form?
