Can you use touch gestures like resizing the screen with GP 2016?

Is it possible to resize GP 2016 menus with fingers?  Is this controlled by GP 2016 or Dexterity?

GP 2016 ver 16.00.0439 (RTM)

Dexterity ver 16.00.00207.000

    I don't know about the web client, but you cannot use touch gestures to change the size of the windows in the desktop client.

    Also wondering if it Dexterity or GP that controls the ability to use touch gestures?

    It is not a limitation of GP. To my knowledge, it has not been built into Dexterity.
