Hi,

I am looking for a documentation that highlights the feature of customer service and the compliance with ITIL standards, hoping some of them exists as out of the box from Customer service.

Hi parnter,

I've found this add-on app for your.

There is no OOB functions in Customer Service for ITIL but there are some add-on apps support ITSM and could be found on the internet.

ITIL is a process that you put in place. If you use change management and other features of CS, then it will match ITIL Standards. We used CS for our support and are follow the ITIL process.
