Agreed with Guido. You couldn't accomplish this without code natively until we got Power Automate. I've created a cloud flow with Power Automate to do this same thing. It looks like the following:
1. When an Account is updated (filtering columns of Address 1)
2. List Contact rows where Parent Account = triggering Account
3. (Apply to Each) Update Contact with Address 1 columns from triggering Account
Another step we did is to have a flag on the Contact that indicates if it should be excluded from this process in the event the Contact has a different address.
I think you can do that by using workflow.
