Hello everyone,

I used to use Forms for my questionnaires and when I allowed more than one answer per person, there was a link at the end of the questionnaire to send another answer.

Recently I switched to CustomerVoice (formerly forms pro) and now this link no longer exists even though I allow multiple responses per person.

Am I doing it wrong? How can I make this link reappear?

The contact can again submit response from the same link as far as i know if you haven't restricted it. Not sure if this will help your question.

Also you could put a word in the post survey message and add your link again like the following. Hope i could help to answer your query.
