Unit sequence group used to create multiple picking lines on batch controlled items

I'm having some issues getting a good workflow together for this.

I have a Warehouse with multiple picking and bulk locations. There might be more then one batch of an item on each of these locations.

The unit sequence is: 21000 pcs = 21 bag = 1 box

I can pick in both bags and boxes (In some cases pieces as well).

If I do a sales order for 21 000 pcs. It suggests to pick a Box. If I do 22 000 pcs. It suggests 22 bags.

If I have a quantity of 22 000 pcs I want the picking to direct me to do a pick of: 1 Box + 1 bag in two pick operations if the batches allow it.

How should I set this up? If I do multiple picks in the location Directives I get two work orders...

You can set up location directives to have 2 lines:

    1. First line would have Restrict by unit = True, and restrict by unit = Box

The action for this line would be the locations you need to pick from

    2. Second line would not restrict by unit, and the action would be from the same locations as above.

This should create 2 pick work lines on the same work header, 1 for 1 Box and 1 for 1 Bag

Yes. I tried that. When I do it doesn't get fully allocated. Can this have to do With the fact that I do not have a unit Conversion from Box to bag?
