Hi,

related to Voice of the Customer, redirect url does not work for the survey. The link is given at Footer link section to redirect url (link works at browser) and redirect text. Do you know what is still missing?

I have also published survey but that does not help.

Thanks,

Susku

I am not sure the redirect link shows in the footer. (The privacy and customer footer links do. As does the survey email text.)

I think the redirect link comes into play when the closed date has been reached or if something else goes wrong! If someone tries to access a closed survey or the survey randomly hit an error then they will be routed to the redirect link.

If someone tries to complete a survey which is Stopped then they would be transferred to this redirect url.
Note: click on stop button in survey, you will be popped up with a message saying that after stopping the survey, all respondents will be shown with the  redirect url.

    Hello Susku,
If the redirect URL is not working for your Voice of the Customer survey, there could be a few possible reasons for this issue.
Here are a few things you can check:
    1.  URL format: Ensure that the redirect URL is in the correct format. It should start with "http://" or "https://" and include the full address, including the domain name and any necessary path or parameters.
    2.  URL accessibility: Verify that the redirect URL is accessible and active. Test the URL in a web browser to confirm that it works correctly and leads to the desired destination.
    3.  Survey configuration: Double-check the survey configuration settings. Ensure that the redirect URL is entered correctly in the appropriate field or section of the survey setup. Review any other related settings to ensure there are no conflicts or issues.
Regarding a website tool suggestion to check the URL redirection path, you can use an online redirect checker tool. Such tool is Redirect Checker. This tool allows you to enter a URL and checks the redirect chain, providing details about the redirection process and any potential issues.

By using this tool, you can test the redirect URL provided in your Voice of the Customer survey and see if there are any problems or errors with the redirection.

I hope this information helps you diagnose the issue with your redirect URL.
