Project workflow for quotations

Hi, I created a workflow to approve project quotes.  Have no errors and seems to be in working order.  When I create a Project quote I don't get the yellow bar at the top of the form or the action button.  Any suggestions on where to look for a fix is greatly appreciated.  Possible issue with the AOS?

    Is this a custom workflow or the standard "Review project quotations" workflow, if it is custom, have you enabled your specific form for workflow?  On your form's Design node there are 3 properties "workflowEnabled, WorkflowDatasource and Workflowtype".

    If you are using the standard one, ensure that the workflow has at least one Active configuration and that the Quotation is in status "Created" or Revised, it has at least one line and the Project III configuration key is turned on.

    Not a custom workflow, standard.  Status is at Created, one line on the quote and one active configuration.

    It helped, also had to set security privileges.
