Hi All,

i got issue on newest VHD 10.0.39 while data upgrade.

done many upgrades before , this is first time i face it on step 3

A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.)

also i get same error on SSMS when connecting when trust server certificate is unchecked, but when i check it it connects normally :

all certificates are in trusted root .

I have the same question (0)

Dear MDeeb,

In the directory location where the contents of the upgrade package are extracted look for AutoDataUpgradeOperations.ps1, then

Edit this file

Add ‘TrustServerCertificate’ = 1 to AutoDataUpgradeOperations.ps1 at 2 places

Save this file

Restart the upgrade process from the beginning - create the runbook, import and execute

quick question please, in 10.0.39 VHD, i cant see dynamics in event viewer, where i can see the Dynamics logs as i used to in previous VHDs?

MDeep already has a thread for the new question (Dynamics 365 10.0.39 VHD doesnt had dynamics in event viewer), therefore don't duplicate the discussion here. This thread is about a different topic anyway.
