Bidirectional relationships

Hi mates,
 
I have created relations between 1:N between all kinds of activities, and in every activity i have this screen:
 
When I create another activity inside the activity, it appears in those subgrid but when I go to the activity form that I have just created, it doesnt appears. I want to do that, if I create an activity inside another activity, automatically, it created the relation bidirectional (it appears in the other subgrid too). I think it can maybe do it by a automated flow or something but I dont know how to do it.

    Hi Partner,
    You can use workflow to achieve it.
    For example:
    --Add task in the appointment form, use workflow to update task lookup automatically.
    Workflow:
    1.select task entity.
    2.Trigger:
    3.Add steps:
    1)Check condition: appointment lookup in the task.
    2)Update records:
    4.Save and active it.
     
    Note:
    You need create corresponding workflows on each activity entity that is used in association with each other.
