Hi, I am looking for some clarification on the integrations of MS Teams Dialer into Dynamics Sales CRM. Does the Teams dialer have the ability to leave a pre-recorded message in a potential client's voicemail if the call is not answered? If so, what is the process flow in leaving the message? Can it be set up to go the pre-recorded message automatical, or is there user input required to leave a voicemail message when a call is not answered? Is there an ability to choose from more than one pre-recorded message based on the client?
Any input on the use of teams would be greatly appreciated.
