Error Code 0x80131501 - Power Automate Case Creation Flow

Hi all,

We have the Email to Case Flow active, which is automatically created when an Email to Case process is implemented in Dynamics. 

There are several hundred cases coming into the mailbox per month. Around 5 of them run into the following error:
 
Error Code: 0x80131501
 
Organization Id: xxxxxx, Calling method: Microsoft.Dynamics.AutomaticRecordCreation.Plugins.Helpers.SetRegardingOnSourceEntityHelper.SetRegardingOnSourceEntity, Error details: 'No object matched the query: 
delete from [ActivityPartyBase]
    OUTPUT DELETED.[ActivityPartyId], 135, 0
        into SubscriptionTrackingDeletedObject (ObjectId, ObjectTypeCode, IsArchivalDelete)
 where ([ActivityPartyId] = @ActivityPartyId0)'
 
Does anyone know a solution?

    Hi,
     
    Based on the error message you provided, we can only tentatively conclude that the problem is related to ARC (Automatic Record Creation),
    and it's probably because the "Create contact for unknown sender" checkbox is unchecked.
