We operate globally so need to support multiple languages. We have a Word Template that is used with the 'Export to pdf' function to send worksheets to customers (manually at present). This is currently only in English.
We need to leverage translations of Form Labels (in the Word Template) according to a Language field we have populated that provides the language code of the Account, and also the Translations of the Product Names.
We could add a set of 'Translation' fields to the Work Order entity for the Form Labels and populate with a Process so we can pull them from there, and maybe the same for Work Order Products and Services.
Has anyone got a proven solution or suggestion for this without using an ISV?
