How to disable the wording "An agent will be with you in a moment." when the bot starts?
The agent is not gonna be the first one to help the customer, but the bot.
Please let us know how to disable or at least change the wording.

I am going to put this in a suggestion, that we can customize this text.
Even if you have no bots, it may not be a moment before an agent is with you. We would prefer to say "Hold tight. We are looking for an agent to chat with you" or something like that.

You can either deactivate the message or edit it by inserting another text. Check under Customer Support --> Customer Settings --> Automated Messages.
Filter on Localized text containing your specified message, and choose to either edit the text output or deactivate the message in the chat channel.Cheers, Kristine
