Setting up a new report in Print Management

Hi All, 

I've created a new version of the Print Advice SSRS document. 

But i'm having issue setting it as the default document in the Print Management form.

It's not appearing in the drop down list of documents available.

What do i need to do to make it appear in the Print Management form 

Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Forms > Form setup. Click Print management.

    its hard to comment why your system has an issue, because we don't have your system in hands. But have you went through each step of process suggested by MS.?
