Thank you for the clarification.
The background of my question is that I'm working with Power Apps and using the option to "Refresh Fabric tables" after selecting specific tables from Dataverse or D365 F&O tables. I initially assumed this action would trigger a refresh of table contents (data), but I now understand it's related to updating definitions and adding shortcuts to the Fabric Lakehouse.
My intent is to understand the best practices for ensuring data from Dataverse or D365 F&O tables is consistently and reliably available in Fabric—especially for scenarios where tables have been recently added or schema has changed. Could you please help clarify:
If newly added data or schema changes require a manual step beyond this "Refresh Fabric tables" option?
What is the recommended process if we want to ensure data is synced or made current in the Fabric Lakehouse?
How frequently can we use the "Refresh Fabric tables" option for updating definitions? Is there any limit or best practice around how often this should be done?
Appreciate your guidance!
Thanks, Kishor
