Hi,
I would like to migrate WBS elements into D365 FO from SAP. Hierarchy in SAP is like 1, 1.1, 1.2. 2 , 2.1, 2.2. but when upload the WBS from the excel is is uploading only higher level WBS elements . can any one explaing how to upload WBS elements please

The problem with uploading the WBS is that there is no comprehensive data entity available that allows you uploading hours and other elements, such as expenses, items, fees, etc.
As a result, DMF might not work to upload those elements.
You can do two things:
1) Ask a developer for some help
2) Use electronic reporting
I actually just finished a series of blog posts on how you can upload WBS from Excel using electronic reporting where I explain things and how they work in detail. Still need to polish them before I can publish them. If you need things urgently then probably talk to a developer; otherwise, I would recommend you waiting a bit until I am finished and publish the videos.
