    Hi dapdomma,

What was the result when you checked the Global address book parameter and sequence number?

Please check the number sequence from the Number sequences list page (Organization administration).

Filter on "Area: Address book" and "Reference: Party ID". If you cannot find a number sequence, then the number sequence for the Party ID is missing.

    Otherwise check:

    - The scope must be set to shared

    - Manual should be disabled

    Please what can I do

I cannot match your latest screenshots with blank values for the address book.

When you did not have a number sequence, you can create them from this menu. Then add the reference.
