I'm working on importing data into dynamic crm online system, it is stucked on submitted status and no any error message and processed is 0.
Can you please help?

1. Start using new Import data in Model Driven App rather than legacy Data Import

2. The reason is of failure is because your Organization is in Administration mode.
You can change it
