Unable to attach the attachment in purchase orders.

Dear Experts,

I am getting the very strange problem. One of my user is unable to attach the attachment in purchase orders. All related permission I have applied on user account. What i need to do that. No error messages is coming. Another user have same permission, they are able to attach the files. There have no issue.

Do they have company specific permissions and you don't get any error message?

we have a single company. and all have the same permission. but problem only with single guys. I am not getting any error messages while attach the files.

Check the event log in both the user's machine, as well as the server's. It could be a file permission issue, which may not always be apparent on the user's end, especially when you're using an add-on. I've ran into something similar in the past, and it didn't even have anything to do with permissions but rather, the attachment itself had a read-only attribute, which prevented the add-on from overwriting the same, temp version. This only showed up after inspecting the event logs.
