GP 2015 Template Reports not loading after upgradation from 2010

We have upgraded GP2010 (11.00.2248 SP4) with SQL Server 2008 R2 (10.50.2550) to 2015 (14.00.1207 R2) with SQL Server version 12.0.2000 and run the utility of 2015 updated reports directory successfully.

But now when we are opening the Template Configuration Manager the following errors are popping up twice and loading the Template Configuration Manager window.

Also, when we opening the template from Template Maintenance , it is not loading ( we tried to create new template and that too we cannot open ). It shows the following error message:

Can anyone help us to proceed us.
