Can CRM 2016 on premise run Customer Service Hub, if so how do you install it. I have the latest update but no sign of it.
Or Is Interactive Service Hub, as far as you can go in CRM 2016?
Any guidance appreciated thanks.
The Interactive Service Hub was part of CRM 2016 and it was replaced by the Customer Service Hub. From my understanding, if you are on at least update 2.1 you should be able to access the hub. Have you tried going to the old extension '/engagementhub.aspx'?

I can get that extension e.g. "myserver/nga/engagementhub.aspx?org=housing" but this is through the 'Interactive Service Hub' that is displayed under Settings-Application.
The form does display more advanced than the standard CRM forms but not the side display like in Customer Service Hub. Also when you create an App it has no interactive forms and looks like no way of adding them either.
