send report in pdf from webservice

Hi,

I have two webservices en IIS 7.5 to create and send purchase Orders in pdf format from AX2009. The first works fine and the second is equal excepts by a little modification. In this last case the webservice cannot create the pdf file to send it. The message of error is "cannot open the file". In both cases the user, the directory, the report are the same. Any ideas why if apparently all is equal the second webservice cannot create the pdf file?
