Restore Test DB is DEV VM

Hi,
I need to restore Test DB in one of our DEV VM. The problem is that the database size (*.bacpac) is around 10 GB and when its restored using sqlpackage utility the space occupies more than 120 GB which is maximum of SQL Data drive space. So the utility fails restoring.
I raised a ticket to MS to increase the space and they told that we need to go for cloud-hosted environment instead of MS Managed box. It involves some cost. But they don't know how much it will cost.
What I need to know is how much it will cost for cloud-hosted environment. Ball park figure is fine for me. I need to talk with my client.

    The cost depends on many factors. The sizing (CPU, RAM), what type of disk you want to use (standard, premium), etc.

    A pretty good dev system should cost about 100-150 EUR / month if you use premium storage, and if you shut down the system for nights and weekends (~40 hours of runtime per week).

    If you only need the VM for managing the backup it should not cost very much, since you can keep it turned off when you don't use it for backup management. Then it's more like 20-30 EUR / month.

    Be aware what Nikolaos said about shutting down. If you DONT do that, the cost could go up to like $500 a month, again depending on the sizing (mostly on cpu/ram, the disk is relatively cheap in relation to the total cost) you choose. There is a calculator on the Azure website, but note that if you have an Azure contract or pre-purchased credits of any kind, the cost is likely less than what's advertised there publicly.
