We are using a number of Dynamics 365 apps: Sales, Customer Service, and we were planning to add Project Service Application.
However we found out that Project Service Application is being moved under Project Operations? I have been trying to learn how Project Operations works, and I finding it a bit confusing to be honest.
It looks like it belongs or was called Finance and Operations and it needs to be deployed using LCS? Is it possible to deploy it using the Power Platform Admin Center?
One of the reasons why we want to use Microsoft PSA is because the availability of having the Product - based orders (Sales module) and Service - based orders (PSA) in the same environment. Another reason is that will reduce the number of integrations since Sales and PSA use the same Account and Contacts entity. Will this be possible with Project Operations?
Any help would be much appreciate it.
