    Hi ,

please check the account the service runs under, it should have write permission on the database .

    Regards,

    Bilal

    Hi.

    1) You have restored the databases from what environment? Are these databases the same version as the ones you are overwriting?

    2) AX is what version? (Rx?)

    3) What are the other two services that you are talking about in your post above?

    4) What are the services' accounts you have on your test instance and the instance you've taken the backup from?

Version mismatch must be the issue. Please check the kernel version of Source and target instance.
