i need to allow for junior accountant just to create the general journals and validate it without posting or approve, and allow the approve just for senior accountants.
about posting this journals i need to limit this action just for one or two users.
so i need to seperate the three actions (creation and validation - approval - posting) to three kinds of employees (Juniors - seniors - financial manager).
for sure all of them can create and validate.

Hi Ahmed,
I would suggest another alternative. You need a way for Juniors to submit the journals, or notify the Seniors or financial managers that the journal needs approving. Ideally this would be done on system and not via an off system process.
For this I would actually recommend the workflow rather than security changes and stick to standard roles where possible.
So the scenario would be as follows:
Junior Accountant creates journal, validates and submits journal to workflow.
Seniors/Managers now have a work item as they are in the workflow group or named users to approve.
Senior/Manager approve journal and post.
As well as workflow, you can also use Journal Approval which uses user groups to approve.

If I understand your requirement correctly then you can achieve this by making use of a general ledger journal workflow where you can define who can approve and post a journal in which situation.
Have you tried using those workflows?
