Hello,
We are getting "HTTP Error 404 - Not Found" when clicking on a URL in a subgrid that does not begin with http. (Example: https://google.com will work, but google.com won't) These work fine in the web client.
The same thing happens from within the entity the subgrid is based on.
Is there a fix for this?

I'm not aware of that issue, so I recommend that you open a support request here https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
I think it might be a rare issue, because when users try to enter data in a URL field within a form, if the entered URL doesn't contain http:// or https://, then the system automatically prefixes the address with it (e.g. google.com becomes https://google.com)
As a workaround, I would suggest to bulk update your data and add http:// or https:// to your URL fields.
