Hi,

Pls help. I am new to Dyn Nav 2013 R2.

While planning production order getting an error " the work center does not exists.Identification fields and values no=", .

I have recalculated all work centers and machine centers and its successfully completed, but even then getting errors .

The error means that NAV cannot find a work centre for the production order you are trying to plan.

There's 2 likely causes;

Against the item number you are planning, there is no associated routing, or

If there is an associated routing, then the routing itself does not include a valid work centre.

so, check the item record first, then the routing second.

Hopefully that will give you a steer

hi kryton thanks for your reply.

Routing and bom already tagged with the item cards.

when i did checking again i find out the issue in the routing line descriptions columns values are not updated with the exact work center description

Issue solved by re selecting work centers individual inside routing line
