I want to refresh crm entity form from its child power app which opening in next tab on custom button click . please reply if it is possible to refresh crm entity form from the power app or Microsoft flow or any other unsupported way from power app.

From my opinion, instead of refresh form, why don't you open a new tab for this.

Due to we could not use CRM js code in power app, so that it may be hard to refresh the form in power app.
Could you share more details about your requirement so that we could get the better solution for your business screnario.

Business requirement is to upload document to sharepoint using power app .set the value of document attached checkbox to yes on associated opportunity CRM record after document uploaded to sharepoint successfully. I implemented this but actually what happening is i need to manually refresh crm scrren after uploding document to sharepoint to. Reflect value of that checkbox.
I have created powerapp in which i have imported custom control called file attachement and added one button on click of which i am triggering ms flow which uploading that file to sharepoint and update the value of that chekbox in crm but that value is not reflected in real time.
Any work around to refresh crm record from power app or microsoft flow ?
