Assign Button Hide and Show on Main Page based on field value

Hi,

I Have a requirement where I want to hide and show the assign button on Main Page based on a record field value.

    You can customize the ribbon button through ribbon button workbench tool. 

    If you select multiple records, then you have to loop through all the records should meet the criteria to show the Assign button. otherwise it should be hide.

    In your scenario, the complicated part is how you can manage if more than one row is selected.
