Leave and Absence: Maternity leave logic

Hi,

For maternity leave type, of 182 days it includes weekends too in the calculation.

So, logic needs to be built to auto-calculate the end date in D365 HR module when start date is entered by the employee.

Is it possible to achieve in HR module? if yes, how?

Is it possible to achieve via Power Apps? if yes, how?

Please Advice.

    Hi Poonam ABC,

    No. The OOB function in HR module is manually enter the start and end dates for the leave request. Then you can view the time off balance in the bottom of request time off form. Addition, do you want set all leave type include weekends or just the maternity leave type? It is worth noting that the calendar will apply to all leave types for joined employees, but not to specific leave type.

    No. There is no alternative way to achieve it. You can submit an idea to Microsoft.
