Our business is attempting to move over to real time marketing and journeys and we cannot figure out where draft real time emails are sitting in Dynamics. We can't find them in an attempt to edit or make live.
Real time Marketing Update - How do we find emails we have created?
In Real-time Marketing in Dynamics 365, draft emails are not stored in the same location as Outbound Marketing emails. To find draft Real-time Marketing emails, follow these steps:
Go to Marketing > Real-time marketing > Channels > Emails.
In the Email messages list view, filter the Status Reason column to show "Draft".
Alternatively, use the “My Drafts” view from the view selector dropdown to quickly see your own draft emails.
Once located, click on the email to edit or make it live. Note: Ensure you are looking in the Real-time Marketing area, not in Outbound Marketing, as they are separate modules with separate assets.
