Hello there,
I am using AX 2012 CU8.
I am using budget control in my POs. I have seen that when a PO is finalized, the budget check mark on the PO line disappears. I want to know the reason why this happens.
Is there any other way to check if a PO had exceeded the budget amount when it was created/approved.
Thanks,
Jyoti
Hello Jyoti,
As you are on a quite old AX2012 version, I wonder whether you have already checked the available hotfixes on LCS?
The behavior you describe might be the result of an old system bug that MS already fixed.
To find out, have a look at the hotfixes available on LCS.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hi Ludwig, I just checked it in D365FO (Prod ver 10.0.19, platform ver Update43). It is the same.
Many thanks for the feedback and confirmation.
If you see the same in D365FO the behavior seems to be normal then.
What you can try doing is then adding an ideas to the ideas portal or trying to get in contact with the MS support to see if they accept it as bug and provide a fix for it.
