I have some problem on retail transaction service..
- Can One Transaction Service Using By Multiple Retail Store Connect or Multiple POS Terminal
- Can I using More than one Retail Transaction Service, for Example I use one for the HQ on AOS Retail Store Conect, And use One For Retail Store Connect Who Distribute data to POS, and use another Retail Transaction Service For Each POS that I Have.
- Can anyone help me, what is the right configuration for retail transaction service.
I implement AX Retail R2 For one AOS Server And Have One Retail Store Connect Server (Distribution Server) and six POS. I use same retail transaction service for all POS and 2 Retail Store Connect but they always return infolog when i try login onto POS "The retail Transaction service Can't connect to multiple terminal" and when i try using different RTS for POS and Retail Store Connect I can do login but i cannot Add Customer Or Receipt PO On POS always send error message, and when i try looking on ratail transaction service log they says "TransactionServicesInterface.PosRemotingException: Failed to extract profile information"
Please help me.
